White Water Rafting

One of the most popular adventure activities in Nepal, white water rafting began here during the 1980’s. The geography of Nepal provides many white water rivers; fed from melting snow and monsoon rains. These rivers run down from the spectacular Himalayan ranges and out to the Great Plains of the Ganges.  The rivers in Nepal are considered to be some of the steepest and continuous of all commercially rafted rivers in the word giving rafters a thrilling ride.

There are many rivers on offer, expeditions starting from 1 day up to over 1 week, ranging in difficulty to suit experience levels. Multi day rafting trips include camping on the sandy river banks. Combined with the crashing waves of the white water; these trips create an unforgettable experience.
