If you have a limited amount of time to spare yet want to experience ‘all’ of Nepal, this tour option is for you. This short, all-encompassing tour of Nepal is suitable for both individual travellers and families and includes some of the best cultural, scenic and wildlife experiences the country has to offer.
What’s Included In This Package
Culture & Heritage: You will have the opportunity to thoroughly explore the well-known and less often visited towns of Kathmandu Valley, including bustling Kathmandu, the national capital, the cultural gem that is ancient Bhaktapur, the picturesque lake city of Pokhara, and the less explored, traditional Newari village of Khokana, a living museum recalling medieval times.
Khokana is an ethnic farming community eight kilometres south of Kathmandu. Rich in its own history, its inhabitants have retained all their cultural practices over the centuries. The Newars who live in this tiny, old-style alpine village are mostly dependent on agriculture and spend much of their daily lives out of doors.
Scenery: You will be taken on a guided sightseeing tour of both the Everest and Annapurna mountain ranges which includes a breathtaking scenic flight to the highest mountain on Earth.
Wildlife: You will experience an exciting elephant back safari at World-Heritage listed Chitwan National Park, home to a host of native flora and fauna.
This tight, tantalising tour package is economical without compromising Nepal’s premier attractions. There’s no other tour option like it!
All required transportation, transfers and accommodations are included in this package. We want you to relax and enjoy your Himalayan experience in utmost comfort, both in Kathmandu City and during the tour itself. We have carefully selected the accommodations along the route to ensure that you always have a wonderful rest, a hearty meal and a comfortable place to stay throughout the journey.
Option
You can downgrade this package to suit your budget. Alternative choices are 3 star hotel in Kathmandu and driving to Pokhara rather than flying.
